Bestronics B.V. is a growing production and assembly company focusing on the industrial and electronics market. Our main activities include production development, printed circuit board assembly, and the manufacturing of cable harnesses and housings. Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a motivated and precise soldering technician.
As a soldering technician, you play a crucial role in our production process. You are responsible for soldering printed circuit boards and electronic components, working according to specifications and technical drawings. In addition to soldering, you will also perform inspections and quality checks to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

MBO level, obtained through education or experience, combined with relevant work experience.
Experience with soldering techniques, preferably in a production environment.
Enthusiasm, independence, and a proactive work attitude.
Good command of the Dutch language.
Experience with an SMD production line is a plus.

Responsibilities

Soldering printed circuit boards and electronic components with precision.
Testing printed circuit boards and checking for any defects.
Conducting inspections and quality controls to ensure product quality.
Maintaining tools and machines to prevent malfunctions and ensure smooth production.

A competitive salary ranging from €3,000 to €3,600 per month, depending on your experience and skills.
A workweek of 32 to 38 hours, with the option to work from home one day a week after the onboarding period.
